FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

✦ How long will my order take to arrive? Please allow 1-2 working days to pack your order. We generally ship the item within 3 days that it is ordered, or no later than 7 days after. Since the amount of orders and because many of our items are warehoused overseas, it can take up to 18-38 days for the item to arrive. Generally, items will take no longer than 20 days to arrive upon shipping confirmation. There are some instances that are out of our control, this includes customs or courier delays which may affect your delivery time frame. Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday will be shipped the following business day.

✦ Do you take PayPal? Yes, for sure!

✦ Can I cancel my order? All sales are final. Orders are automatically sent to our fulfillment team so therefore cannot be cancelled. It's not possible to switch any items, please remind it.

✦ Can I return my order? Please read our full shipping/returns policy.

✦ Why are multiple products not packed together? Most of our items come from different warehouses around the world, so we cannot package items together without driving costs up unfortunately. Some items do definitely come together however and it should show when you receive your tracking numbers.

✦ How can you offer free products? Sometimes we have special rates with our partners so you can enjoy some freebies.

✦ Do you sell my details to any other companies? No, we value your trust. Your personal details will never be sold to third parts.

✦ I made a large order but not all the items have arrived yet? We ship items out in small groups so that you don't get stung at customs, and also as to avoid you waiting for items that may take a little longer. Rest assured, all your items will arrive!

✦ How long have you been in business? We've been in the fashion industry for many years, since 2010, but Celebrate Good Life - Concept Store is a brand new venture that started in late 2017.

✦ What currency do you charge? All of our products are priced in Euro (EUR).

 How can I contact you? Our business operates through a mobile office. The most efficient and quickest way to contact us is by sending an e-mail. Please click on the CONTACT US page for further details. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
 
✦ Where are you located? We are based in Italy, with warehouses all over the world. Some of our products ship directly from our manufacturers. We provide over 1.000 jobs for people in developing countries so sometimes our packages are shipped directly from them.
 

✦ What are your operating hours? Our office hours are 9:30am – 6:30pm / Monday to Friday (Italian time). Any enquiries that are made outside of our office hours or over the weekend will be responded to as soon as possible upon our return to the office.
